Videos like this make me sad… what we have in this country now is one political party (and the corporations and “media” that support it) actively misinforming their followers in order to stow discontent. Frankly it’s disgusting, and honestly it’s impossible to have any respect for the Republican party after watching this.

This guy Chase Whiteside is really great at interviewing Tea Party folks. Here’s his newest video. Why the mainstream media doesn’t ask the obvious follow up questions that he does is beyond me. I really think the headline that should come out of rallies like this is, “Sad, angry, ignorant people storm the capital to shout things they heard on the TV.”
I can’t decide whether this blatant ignorance makes me sad or frustrated or both.
